Shipping:

Listen up, wax fam — it’s hotter than a Limp Bizkit CD in a Discman on repeat, and I refuse to let your melts sit in some sweaty warehouse all weekend. 😅🕯️
So here’s the deal:
📦 We will only be shipping Monday–Wednesday
✨ (Thursday too if you’re in New England — perks of being my neighbors 🦞)
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. (Hey, we're not magic – but we do try to keep it affordable). We ship to the U.S. only at the moment, but plan on shipping to other places very soon! We want to share the love of Salty Momma Candle Co with EVERYONE!
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to LOVE your products, but we get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right! Sorry, but we don’t accept returns on used or opened products (for obvious reasons – ain’t nobody got time for that).
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives looking like it took a ride on the struggle bus, let us know right away. We’ll make it right by sending you a replacement. Just take a photo of the damage and email it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds:
The Customer will be in charge of shipping products to us. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund ASAP.
Any error on customer (shipping address, number of products, scents ect.) Please let us know ASAP once the order ships it's out of our control and no refunds will be given. Please recheck your order before purchasing!
